Here are the 9 winners for my group 4th contest - "♥Beautiful Tiered♥".
I would like to share opinions and thought from my own point of view towards the sets.

Have the feel of little-girl and cow-girl feel.
Very unique set matching and nice colour matching.
Mottled scarf had make this set come vividly alive.
2nd
Although tank skirt is more of a "gentle" outfit, but if match with a studded tote bag, it had make the feel jump out from the conventional feel.
As if the set is telling us "I wish to be more than just a skirt..."
Beautiful~~~
3rd
A set which out of "traditional" outfit.
Although she creatively used a polka dot sleeveless top as a skirt, but she still successfully managed to create the set in an eye-catching way.
Match with a pair of sneakers! Simply amazing in making the overall feel become much younger and attractive!!!
4th
A very feminine matching.
Pink + Turquoise = Sensational, Gentle.
With the ankle booties to "harden" the overall feel a bit.
The person who wear the set will surely feel more confidence and stylish.
5th
Black + Turquoise = Lively attractive, little attitude princess.
As if a little princess who live in a castle are drinking a glass of vodka, haha~~♥
Love how she added the black tank and reinvent a new style of her own.
6th
Tender and soft wears.
Like a little-girl, ethereal and relaxing.
A fashionable angel~~^.^
7th
Refreshing elegant.
Cardigan with minor soft ruffle had make the overall visual layered and stand out.
8th
Pretty pastel colour matching.
Simple yet stylish.
Nicely match with a skinny jeans to present the feel of straight-forward-leisure.
9th
Just lovely♥
A chiffon dress + special designed knit cardigan had make this set an interesting and lively set.
